A leading global university centered in Asia. We aspire to influence the future. By changing the way people think and do things through education, research and service.

Founded by the community. We started out as a modest medical school in 1905, founded by a determined group of businessmen led by Tan Jiak Kim, to serve the needs of the local community. Today, we are Singapore’s flagship university consistently ranked among the top two universities in Asia and top 25 in the world.
